    For small movements, golf cart can be rented at extra cost and additional deposit of EUR 1,000. Rental contract with full liability limitation for the landlord must be signed at check-in.

  • Check in

    15:00 (different hours possible upon request and if necessary at extra cost);

  • Check out

    11 a.m. (different hours possible upon request and possibly at extra cost);

  • Refundable deposit

    A security deposit of EUR 300 (for flat) and EUR 800 (for villa) is required. This will be collected in cash at check-in and refunded at check-out after checking for any damage to the accommodation.

  • Age

    The accommodation is only suitable for families with children. Youth groups are not allowed. Minimum age for check-in is 25 years.

  • Smoking

    Smoking is not allowed throughout the accommodation.

  • Pets

    Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

  • Parties

    Parties, meetings or other events are not allowed in the accommodation. The accommodation is only suitable for families with children.

  • Children and beds

    Children of all ages are welcome together with their parents, grandparents or other adult companions. Cot and high chair available on request.

  • Quiet hours

    With regard to our good relations with neighbours, we request not to cause noise or other nuisance. Between 10 p.m. and 8.30 a.m., we request that you respect the night's rest.

  • Booking conditions for direct booking

    20% deposit to be paid into owner's account within 7 days of booking; Balance to be paid into owner's account no later than 1 month before arrival; Cancellation free of charge up to 1 month before arrival. In case of such cancellation, the deposit will be refunded; Rented-Knokke will provide a private rental agreement for signature at check-in;
