  • Check in

    From 3.00 pm, with a personal welcome at the flat (alternative times may be arranged on request and may be subject to an additional charge).

  • Check out

    Before 10.00 (alternative times may be available on request and, where applicable, subject to an additional charge).

  • Capacity

    Maximum 6 people, strictly, no exceptions.

  • Refundable deposit

    A deposit of 500 EUR will be collected in cash upon check-in and refunded in full upon check-out, following an inspection for any damage to the accommodation.

  • Final cleaning

    135 EUR, included in the rental price.

  • Age

    The accommodation is only suitable for families with children. Groups of young people or friends are not permitted. The main booker must be at least 25 years old, even if the booking is made by a parent on behalf of younger guests.

  • Children and beds

    Children of all ages are welcome, accompanied by their parents, grandparents or other adult carers. A cot and high chair are available on request.

  • Smoking

    Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the flat.

  • Pets

    Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

  • Parties

    Parties, meetings or other events are not allowed in the accommodation. The accommodation is only suitable for families with children.

  • Quiet hours

    With regard to our good relations with neighbours, we request not to cause noise or other nuisance. Between 10 p.m. and 8.30 a.m., we request that you respect the night's rest.

  • Tourist tax

    As stipulated by the municipality of Knokke-Heist.

  • Booking conditions for direct booking

    A 20% deposit is payable to the owner’s account within 7 days of booking. The balance is payable to the owner’s account no later than 1 month before arrival. Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month before arrival; in the event of such a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded. Rented-Knokke provides a private rental agreement to be signed at check-in.
